Tim Armstrong, CEO of AOL gets up at 5am because his motto is “life is too exciting to sleep.”
Many leaders are up early to conduct business on the other coast while many just want that time to go to the gym or catch up on email. The more stressful the job the odds are you are sleeping less too, leaving more time to think about the upcoming acquisition or the personnel decisions you’re waiting to make.
