Stripe, the San Francisco based startup that provides payment software for developers has an office policy that allows everyone in the company to read one another’s emails. 

My first response is; thankfully I don’t work at Stripe! 

Second, do you think this is a good policy?  Would you want to work at a company that allowed full transparency in your inbox?
