We all have those sayings that we constantly repeat.  I catch myself saying, “we can look at this in two ways.”  My previous manager used to say, “lets take a look at that.”  (and of course it drove me crazy)

Amongst my many sayings I always try to tell my staff how awesome they did or how excited I am for their successes.
