How often do you view television at home without a tablet, mobile phone, or laptop in front of you? If you’re anything like me you tend to watch television while checking out Wikipedia for the background info on the actor, or you’re on ESPN checking out stats of the pitcher.
Last night while watching the Mariner’s-A’s game on Root Sports, I continually was on various Mariner’s blog sites as well as ESPN.com to get updates on the days MLB games.
I can’t even watch a sitcom or movie without being on my iPad at the same time. Apparently, it has little to do with my self-diagnosed Attention Defecit Disorder and more to do with the fact that we as consumers are hooked into our digital platforms 24/7.
