So often in business as we review a quarter, a year, a month or whatever the reporting time period is we hear from the staff all the million excuses that stopped us from being the best. I get exhausted as a manager listening to the excuses. 

The truth is there is always adversity.  We’re always going to be down an employee or the market isn’t always going to be as hot as we want it.  But in all reality, thats the bar, and we have to go out and make it happen no matter how many distractions are thrown our way. 

If you are like me, you are tired of hearing excuses.  If you don’t like it, find a new career.
